Pat’s Story
Dear Children,
Some of you have been asking me to write my memoirs for several years. Some of you may find it interesting, some drivel, but I have the satisfaction of having started them. I have seventy more years to go. I'll try to plan on not taking the next ten years to cover the rest of my life.
You have no idea of the frustrations involved in these few pages. It was fun to write my memories of my folks and the first ten years of my life. As to finding the photos I wanted-oh my! Some specific ones of my childhood are still missing (yes, Anne and Kathy, I know I should clean up my many piles of papers). I was up one night recently until 2 AM looking for them in every place they should have been kept. This past week, my printer has either stopped printing or acted mysteriously. However, I have loved doing this for you; I just needed to start earlier than October.
All my Love
Mom B.
